Skinny Dip - Shiny Black Dip Liner

Its a standard black liner. I wouldn't call this 24 hr wear or flake free or anything, it was flaky and not long lasting. I usually pack black eyeshadow on my lashes after applying liner to blend my lash line better, and even during makeup application, the brush was knocking off flakes from this liner. Not anything extreme just not as solid as you'd expect. Comes off easily with makeup remover.Its not horrible just a very basic run of the mill black eyeliner.

A very nice liner for the price, with a thin applicator that can draw precise lines. The staying power is excellent -- it lasts all day. And it is vegan and cruelty-free.The color is very black. Nothing subtle here! Maybe more than people want to wear to work, but great for almost every other setting.
