Returns and Exchanges are only permitted for UNOPENED products purchased through ozlabbeauty.com and must be initiated within 30 days of the original purchase date. Refunds will be issued for the original purchase price, excluding the initial shipping cost. For products NOT acquired through ozlabbeauty.com, please contact the original place of purchase for refund or exchange procedures.
