Feather Flick - Fluff Tip Brow Pen

1. Start with clean, dry brows. Ensure there is no oil, skincare, or makeup residue on the brow area.

2. Shake well before use to evenly distribute pigment.

3. Hold the pen at a slight angle, not flat against the skin.

4. Using very light pressure, flick the pen in short, upward strokes following the natural direction of brow hair growth.

5. Focus application on areas with little to no hair to create realistic, hair-like strokes.

6. Allow strokes to dry for a few seconds. Layer gradually if additional definition is desired.

7. For best results, avoid rubbing the area until the formula has fully set.

Pro Tip:
Rotate the pen slightly while applying to vary stroke placement and achieve a more natural brow pattern.
