Skinny Dip Liner - Matte Black Dip Eyeliner

The OZ LAB Skinny Dip Liquid Eyeliner in matte black is unexpectedly overpowered. I was looking for a new eyeliner since my old one was running low, and this eyeliner performs very well.Highlights:**tip applicator** The tip is a very fine, allowing for fine lines with rich blackness. However, it can be a little difficult to control - but the trade off is worth it since it's sensitive. You can see I can draw fine eyelashes with this tip.**deep rich matte color** the texture is flat and tattoo-like - it fills in wrinkles and is not oily. It is indistinguishable from my other eyeliner.**long lasting and water proof** in the photos, they are just as dark and pigmented 24 hours later. My eyeliner lasted all day, even with rubbing my eyes and washing my hands**removable with eye-makeup remover** It comes off cleanly with my eye makeup remover, so it is no problem.**smells nice** It smells exactly like my other eyeliner, so I don't think there are any additives or low quality ingredients.

If I had to choose only one makeup product to wear it would be black liquid eyeliner. I’ve been wearing my signature upper lid liner for 30 years. I’ve tried just about every single liquid liner on the market. This specific liner is pretty good! I love the sleek durable tube, the lid is easy to unscrew and close, and you can easily throw it in your makeup bag unharmed. The applicator is a thin blunt-ended brush (listing shows a tapered pointed tip but it’s not). You can create very fine even lines with it. I will say that you need to swipe the excess off in the tube before applying if you want a thinner more clean line because it pulls a lot of liquid out that becomes blobby when you try to apply. The color is a rich opaque black; it goes on glossy and dries down to a bold matte. I did a test on my hand and on my eyes. I wore the liner to bed to test its steadfastness- for science, lol. I ran a wet finger over the line on my hand and it did smear and smudge- so definitely NOT waterproof or smudge proof, sadly, though it did hold up well through sleeping. I do still think it’s a good liner, it’s affordable and very matte, I will just need to wear it with some good setting spray.
