Fantasy - Eyeliner Pen

Okay, so there are really great things I love about this liner. First, it came with a tamper resistant seal in place, awesome! So many cosmetics are coming without them these days & it's really important to me, so, I was happy to see it. It goes on really slick, like just slides really nice against your eye & it was easy for me to control the thickness of the line I was making. It is really dark, it's like the perfect shade of black, it does shine a little under the light, a lot of liners that are waterproof do, so, I was expecting it to have that kind of finish & so I was happy. It stayed on all day & looked great until I took it off! I did do a waterproof test & I held it under warm temp water for like 60 seconds. After that, I patted it & it stayed fine, however, when I rubbed it, the third rub, it sort of started balling up & I was able to basically rub it all the way off. That being said, I think that as long as you're not aggressively rubbing it after your liner gets wet, you should be fine lol I think most people wouldn't anyway, but, I tried just to see how it would react. Overall, I think it's a fair price for a nice liner
